Decorating is an addiction!  That being said, Emma has chosen classic pieces which remain put year after year, but changes the feel of the spaces by swapping out the accessories. She also plays with combinations of old and new to create both a nod to the age of her home and her hip family.

This bathroom was inspired by the client’s honeymoon to the south of France. They found these Provençal looking patterned tiles and fell in love so that’s where we started. The wall paneling really frames the tub beautifully and pulls up the blue from the floor tile. She also really wanted to be able to sit down and blow dry her hair, so we found this cost-effective vanity on Wayfair and made a custom drawer/desk beside it. By painting both blue and colour blocking the walls, the vanity sinks into the space- making it easy for the eye to see it as one piece.

Originally this was going to be one large bathroom, but we ran into some plumbing that couldn’t be moved- so we made the most of it and the client got a beautiful en-suite, and a smaller second bathroom for their teenage girls.

This is the main bathroom for a family with young kids, and it proves that small bathrooms can have big personalities. This family needed something durable, functional, but still stylish. The farmhouse sink offers a huge basin with 2 faucets for lots of room. Adding saloon doors to this space is visually engaging,  but also practical- it hides the laundry and towels and bath toys.

This fun bathroom with a beachy vibe is a work horse in disguise.  This is a super functional bathroom for this busy family. A custom vanity with offset sink & wall mounted faucet maximises counter space & storage.  Wall paneling creates a nice ambiance as well as increased durability for hard working spaces.  The original clawfoot tub was refinished & painted blue (Farrow & Ball – Blue Ground) to give mom her relaxing space and double shower nooks handle all the clutter too! Two industrial lights with blue shades finish off the space.
