STANDARD DECOR SERVICE
Consultation fee (1 hour) – $450
Is your style modern, classic, minimal, funky, industrial, on trend, or any combo thereof? Your style, our expertise! Each consult is a personalized approach to your needs, and would begin with an in person (or online) meeting. We look at the space, discuss what’s needed, and land on a style or feel. After meeting, we follow up with an email summarizing the topics we discussed and include links to suggested furniture, decor, paint colours and placement, and fabrics. From there we can provide as much or as little support as you would like! You can decide based on your budget how involved you’d like us to be. We can provide tweaked options, try out different layouts, or continue the hunt for that perfect piece!
ADVANCED DECOR SERVICE
Consultation fee (1 hour) + Concept Boards (x2) + Product Selection – $900
In addition to the “Standard Décor Service”, this service also entails providing you with two options of concept boards showcasing different design concepts based on your discussion with the designer, including: colour palettes, furniture selections, fabric samples, and decorative accents to illustrate the proposed aesthetics. In addition to specific product selection and links to the suggested items.

PAINT & WALLPAPER CONSULT

People always ask me how to make the most impact in a room with the least impact on their wallet. I always answer: paint! There’s no cheaper or easier way to change the look and feel of a space than with a gallon of paint. Since starting Grassroots Design + Build, I have used Farrow & Ball paint whenever possible- and now that I am an official stockist in Ottawa! Our paint consultation includes an at-home visit, where a designer will review your space, style, and design goals. Afterwards, the designer will follow up with a list of recommended paint and/or wallpaper options for all the spaces discussed. You’ll be amazed at what a fresh coat of paint or new wallpaper can do in the right space.
GrassRooms (ONLINE DESIGN)
$350 for one room, $450 for two, $550 for three
Does your living room need a little bit of love? Not sure how to make your bedroom the oasis we all need right now? Our Online Decor service is meant to help you bring your home design together, one room at a time! Just send us photos of your room(s), a list needs/wants, and a few style inspiration shots (or an entire Pinterest board). The let us work our magic. We will put together a moodboard for each space- highlighting your unique style, and making the right decor decisions for your home and lifestyle. We will also include links to all the items we’ve chosen just for you! If any additional support is needed after, we will charge our hourly rate.
