MEET & GREET
(No Charge)
If you are considering a renovation but aren’t sure where to start, we suggest setting up a meet & greet. This is a chance for you to meet one of our designers, do a walkthrough of your home (virtually) and discuss your vision for the renovation. We can then give you a bit more information about our process, timelines, potential costs, and suggested next steps.
STEP 2
CONCEPT DRAWING
($1,200-$5,000 depending on scope)
After meet & greets, we often recommend concept drawing packages to show clients the potential in their space.
The process includes the following:
- In-home visit to measure the space and collect your wish list.
- Drafting an initial ‘As-Built’ floor plan using 3D modeling.
- Designing and drawing the proposed new layout(s) tailored to your vision.
- Providing a complete package with various views of the space, dimensions, and initial design direction.
