Dawna's master Grown up retreat After a long renovation process, Dawna has earned her relaxation time in her new master bathroom.  The room isn't huge on space but accommodates a custom vanity with marble top, walk in closets and a comfy soaker tub.  Wainscotting and fun floor tile bring in a touch of luxury detail without overwhelming the space. The reflection in the mirror shows the birch wallpaper hung in the master bedroom.  The elements of warm, rustic wood, earth tone tiles & natural stone . . .

Geoff's Master Bathroom The challenge with this space was how to create a modern, sleek bathroom in a century old home.  We married the two styles by using some classic elements such as subway tile, marble & wood and paired them with modern touches such as black fixtures & an angular blue tub. The long narrow vanity is a custom build with a cement trough sink.  We offset the sink to allow for increased counter space on one side.  The glass shower screen with black . . .

Geoff's Powder Room This showstopping little powder room is right off the main living area of this 3 story, century home.  It had to hold it’s weight without taking itself too seriously of course!   As it’s a powder room, we could forgo storage and opt for a great statement sink & faucet combo.  The room is literally the width of the toilet so to add some interest we used barn board as a floor to ceiling backsplash and fun black & white wallpaper from Hygge . . .
