We can get you ready for your renovation project in three easy steps!
STEP 1
MEET & GREET
(No Charge)
If you are considering a renovation but aren’t sure where to start, we suggest setting up a meet & greet. This is a chance for you to meet one of our designers, do a walkthrough of your home (virtual or in person) and discuss your vision for the renovation. We can then give you a bit more information about our process, timelines, potential costs, and suggested next steps.
STEP 2
CONCEPT DRAWING
($950-$5000 depending on scope)
After meet & greets, we often recommend concept drawing packages to show client’s the potential in their space. A draftsman will come and take measurements to draft an ‘As-Built’ drawing of the existing layout using 3D modelling. From there, we will work with you to develop a new layout and design for your space. In the end you will have a complete package with various views of the space, dimensions, initial design direction, and a detailed estimate. From here we can start your renovation!
STEP 3
TIME TO RENOVATE
Doing renovations is a huge decision as a homeowner, filled with thousands of other decisions. Our experienced team will guide you through our initial thoughts, to design & permit application, all the way to the final coat of paint. We aim to get the most out of your space; small, large, old, or new. We absolutely love working with all homes, but specialize in the intricacies of renovations on older homes. Have a tiny entrance with wasted space or a lack of storage? A kitchen with a tiny footprint? Whether we’re reinvisioning the layout of your main floor, or making built-in cabinets- we always strive to elevate your space and make it 100% functional.
